Letting Verify operators select batches

There are two ways to verify batches:

• Batches arrive at Verify workstations according to the Time range and Sorting settings in the Verify job description

• Verify operators select batches from a list of available batches. The batches in the list depend on the Time range and Sorting settings in the Verify job description.

To allow Verify operators to select batches

1. Click Sorting in the Verify job description.

2. Select Select each batch.

Tip: If batches are too large for the Verify operators, consider selecting Release forms from batches after interpretation (or Release sets from batches after interpretation) in the Batch definition dialog. In the Verify and Transfer job descriptions, you then select forms/sets to process, rather than batches.
