Click the Set definitions object bar in the Manager.
Click the plus sign (+) next to the set type you want to check. If Processed sets appears in the list, then there are sets of that type in the database.
Double-click Processed sets. The Status information dialog appears.
Each set in the program’s database has one of the form statuses shown in the dialog.
(If the dialog shows no sets but you know that the database contains some, or if you suspect that the database contains more sets than the number shown in this dialog, see Scan crashed while a set or batch was being scanned.)
It is not possible to see how many forms there are in a set.
Click Queues to see a breakdown of the forms into different queues.
Note: If you add up the sets in queues plus No queue, the sum can exceed the total indicated in the Status information dialog. This means that one or more sets are in more than one queue.
Tip! In FORMS 5-3 there is a faster and more dynamic way to get information about forms, sets, and batches.
