Use this procedure to oversee all or any portion of the forms, sets, or batches in the database and their production status:
Using the Manager, select Administration ð Production Overview.
Starting on the left, select the appropriate filters to arrange the results according to your needs. The filters available in each list depend on which filters are selected to the left if it.
Forms, sets, or batches can be filtered according to status, queue, or category in any combination.
When an item is selected in one of the drop-down lists, all of those items with corresponding forms, sets, or batches that have been processed in the database are listed in the filter box below. If you select Form in the first filter group, for example, all of the form definitions with corresponding images in the database are displayed in the list underneath. Information about any number of the items in the list can be selected and retrieved. By default, all items are selected.
Select individual items by clicking them or by using the up and down arrows on your keyboard.
Select multiple separate individual items by pressing Ctrl and clicking each item.
Select multiple items in a series by pressing Shift, clicking the first item and then the last (both items including all items in between are selected) alternatively holding Shift and using the up and down buttons on the keyboard.
Columns and rows are added to the results according to what is selected in the filter groups:
If items are selected in only one filter group, the results contain a Total column on the far left. There is an additional column to the right for each item selected in the list and a single row that contains the results found for each item. The first column to the right of the Total column also includes a header indicating what was selected.
If items in additional filter groups are selected, the item type selected in the group farthest to the right determines the content of the columns to the right of the Total column (for example, if Status is selected in the filter group farthest to the right, a column is added for each status type selected in the filter list under Status). Additional columns are added to the left of the Total column for each additional filter group type in the order selected from the left. Rows are added for every item selected in each of these filter groups.
Click Display. (This button is only enabled if items are selected in all of the filter groups for which an object type has been selected).
Notes
If Queue and Category filter options are both selected, totals are not calculated for individual forms, sets, or batches since they may belong to multiple queues or categories. If the total was calculated for individual forms, sets, or batches, the resulting number could exceed the actual total number processed.
In rows or columns where totals are displayed, the total for the row(s) or column(s) with the highest value is bolded.
