FORMS can import TIFF files that contain more than one image each, called multi-TIFF files. You specify the settings in the Multi-TIFF options box in the Advanced options for importing image files dialog.
The images within the multi-TIFF files must be stored in a logical order corresponding to the logic of the Interpret job description. For example, appendices must be stored after the form they belong to. Forms belonging to sets must be saved in the order specified by the set logic (unless each file contains one set).
Two-sided forms can be included under certain conditions.
The number of images per multi-TIFF file is limited to 999.
Interpret imports multi-TIFF files in order of date, time and name, just as it imports single-image files. Each file is unpacked, and each image is saved as a single-TIFF file. The new image files receive the same names as the original, but are numbered by new file extensions, beginning with .000, .001, .002, etc. If any original file contains only one image, a new file is still created and given the extension .000.
Then Interpret processes each single-image file as usual.
