Multi-TIFF options

Use these multi-TIFF options for importing multi-TIFF files to FORMS. To display them, click Advanced in the Configure image file source and destinations dialog. The Advanced options for importing image files dialog is displayed.

Import multi-TIFF files

Imports TIFF files that contain more than one image each.

Each multi-TIFF file contains one set

Select this option if each image file contains one set.

Delete multi-TIFF files after import

Deletes the multi-TIFF file after its images are imported.

If this setting is not selected, the multi-TIFF file is moved to the directory you specified for identified images in the Configure image file source and destinations dialog. (You can change this, if necessary.)

Ignore read errors in the multi-TIFF files

Controls what happens if a multi-TIFF file is readable but individual images within the file are damaged. Interpret skips individual damaged images and interprets the good ones.

If this setting is not selected, Interpret stops and displays an error message, and writes an error message to the log file. Interpret does not delete the multi-TIFF file, even if you selected Delete multi-TIFF files after import.

If you are importing two-sided images, Ignore read errors in the multi-TIFF files only works on the front page.

If a multi-TIFF file is corrupt and cannot be read at all, Interpret moves it to the directory specified for Error files in the Configure image file source and destinations dialog.
