If you run Interpret, Verify or Transfer by themselves (with no other modules running), then normally interpretation, verification or transfer continues until there are no more forms ready for that process. Then it stops.
If you want to continuously process forms as they come from a previous module, you can run multiple modules at the same time and have them wait for more forms from the previous module:
Open the job description for which you want one or more modules to wait for more forms.
Select the Interpret, Verify, or Transfer tabs.
Click Options.
Select Wait for more forms.
Then, when there are no more forms ready for that process, the module waits, checking for more forms at 30-second intervals.
For example, if you want to interpret forms as they are scanned, select Wait for more forms in the Interpret job description. Then run Scan and Interpret at the same time. If Interpret runs out of forms, it waits, checking for more forms at 30-second intervals.
If you run Interpret at the same time as you are using Scan to scan batches that are to be confirmed, Interpret may wait for each batch to be completely scanned even if Wait for more forms is not selected in the job description. This allows you to delete a batch, if necessary, before any forms from the batch are interpreted.
While a production module is waiting, its status is Waiting. To restart before 30 seconds have passed, select ð Continue (or click the toolbar button). To stop waiting and end a job, select Stop.
Do not select Wait for more forms in a job description that you want to include in a job list.
