Much of what happens as you scan forms is determined by the Scan job description.
As forms are scanned, they are saved to FORMS’ database unless you specifically discard them. This is why there is no Save or Save as command for scanned forms in Scan.
Certain events may require your attention. A message displayed in the Operator control dialog describes the situation.
In some cases (unidentified forms, for example), an image of the form in which a problem was found is displayed on the screen in a separate window. To return to the display of the statistics charts, simply close or minimize the window.
