A number of system variables stand for the names of image files. The standard formats of these variables only allow enough space for the file name itself.
To access the full path and file name of image files using such variables, edit the transaction field:
Select the field, then click the Properties button. The field properties are displayed in the Properties dialog.
Change both the Format and the Length of the transaction field to accommodate the increased length of the information you want.
Click OK.
