Designing a custom verification view

For each form definition, you can create a custom view in which to verify data. Your custom view displays only the fields you want to include.

Note: Matrix fields cannot be included in your verification view.

Instructions

Place individual fields, that you want to include in the customized view, in the work area of the Verify view designer using the field selection toolbox.

$images\vvd_standard_layout_button.gif$ Use the Standard layout button to insert all fields of the appropriate types that are defined in the form definition. Using this button deletes any fields that were placed previously.
Adjust the layout using the tools in the lower toolbar.
Optional: Specify the verification order for the fields.
Save the view by clicking the Save button in the Verify view designer window.
Click the Close button $images\vvd_close_button.gif$ to close the Verify view designer window.
Save the form definition.
