The ReadSoft Invoices product is newly renamed to reflect the Tungsten Automation brand. Previously, Tungsten Automation was known as Kofax.

The following are the new names of the ReadSoft products:

• Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices

• Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices Cockpit Connector

• Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices Statistics to Performance Analytics

ReadSoft Invoices processes original documents instead of images to improve the OCR/Extraction rate.

ReadSoft Invoices supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), a security feature that requires a user to provide two or more verification factors to ReadSoft Invoices. It is a one-time process where the user generates a QR code in the Invoices application and scans it using the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator app on the mobile. The user will enter the OTP in the app to gain access to the ReadSoft Invoices modules.

To set up instances of Interpret and Transfer for use as services, the default wait time before closing if unresponsive under the "Recovery setting" is 25 minutes.

You can set preferences in the "XMLInvoiceFieldOrderConfiguration.xml" in the GlobalPath folder and rearrange the field order for buyer, supplier, and invoice sections in the PDF generated from XML invoices based on your preferences.

The "TransferOriginalFiles" option is added at the "Job Level" to transfer the original files at the job level instead of the application level.

The "Not responding" message in the database maintenance task is replaced by a progress bar that displays the status of the maintenance plan.

The amount field which appeared twice with the same values in the generated PDF (XML invoices) is removed.

A digital signature is added to all the deliverables of ReadSoft Invoices.

ReadSoft Invoices supports Single Sign-On and it can be used with Azure credentials.

ReadSoft Invoices supports Adobe XFA format.

ReadSoft Invoices supports Azure SQL Managed Instance.

ReadSoft Invoices supports processing of invoices in Arabic language.

ReadSoft Invoices Cockpit Connector (EICC) and ReadSoft Invoices Statistics to Performance Analytics (InvStat2PA) support HANA 2023.

ReadSoft Invoices displays all the date languages in the date field; the 500-limit is removed in the eiglobal.ini.
