To launch the Online Help for the installed version of the product, click the Help icon in the application.
A complete set of ReadSoft Invoices documentation includes the following items.

| Invoices Help | Use Invoices Help to learn about how to manage and use

This Help provides information about processing invoices, preparing invoice profiles and associated objects for production, learning and optimizing invoice definitions, sorting invoices, performing administrative activities, customizing (creating and editing field types), dialog information, troubleshooting, and more. |
| API Help | Includes details on supported APIs, supported methods for each service, and all input and output fields including required fields, field types, enumerations, special information about methods, coding examples, and other related details. |
| INI Help | Provides details about the settings found in the ReadSoft Invoices initialization (INI) files. Each INI file contains a number of flags organized into sections that perform different functions in the application. |

You can download the offline documentation from the Tungsten Automation Electronic Fulfillment Site. Each language has a separate documentation package in a compressed file such as:

Install offline documentation
Make sure you install the offline documentation package in the correct location on your workstation to access the context-sensitive information when you press F1 or a Help icon in the application.
The following procedure describes accessing documentation offline in English:

From the Tungsten Automation Electronic Fulfillment Site, download TungstenReadSoftInvoicesDocumentation_2025.1-LimitedRelease_EN.zip.

Extract the ZIP to your local computer.

Copy the content from the extracted folder.

In the ReadSoft Invoices installation files, create a folder "Documentation" under \INVOICES\GlobalPath.

Paste the copied content.
Access documentation in a distributed environment without internet access
When ReadSoft Invoices is installed in a distributed environment, the Help is installed on a central server.

To access the ReadSoft Invoices and Entrance Helps, press F1 or click the Help icon within the application.

To access the INI Files Help and API Help, install the offline documentation package on every workstation on which the information is needed, then manually open it from the installed folder.
