Logging information about interpreted image files

Note: This topic describes one kind of log file. There are also system error log files.

Interpret saves log information to a text file. The information includes:

• The date and time you ran the job.

• The name of the job description and many details of it.

• The names of the image files interpreted.

• Statistics on how many files were found and identified, and more.
   

To log information about interpreted image files

1. Open the Interpret job description.

2. Click Source. In the Source settings, ensure that Import invoice image files is selected.

3. Click Configure.

4. In the Configure image file source and destinations dialog, select Save log file.

5. Adjust the Log file name and If log exists settings to suit your requirements.
