The Info box contains a short description of a problem to help you fix it. It is displayed in the Verifying dialog when the cursor is on a field that is marked:

Deselect in the menu to hide the box.
The message displayed in the Info box can be changed using the InfoString property (API Help topic). This is useful where custom validation rules have been set and you wish to display a corresponding message when an error is encountered.
