Verifying line item fields

This topic applies to normal line items, bank account tables, and tax tables.

When you verify an invoice containing line items, the Line items dialog is displayed. It contains the interpreted results of each item.

If the line item tables have not been optimized, you can enter the line item values manually.

Line items are verified in the same manner as single item fields, except there are no field proposals and there are additional functions you can perform:

Add row

Adds a line item that Interpret may have failed to recognize. Then, you can manually type the field value in the new row.

Delete row

Deletes any extra rows that you do not want to capture.

Draw

Helps you define line items that were not captured.
