This topic applies to normal line items, bank account tables, and tax tables.
When you verify an invoice containing line items, the dialog is displayed. It contains the interpreted results of each item.
If the line item tables have not been optimized, you can enter the line item values manually.
Line items are verified in the same manner as single item fields, except there are no field proposals and there are additional functions you can perform:
Adds a line item that Interpret may have failed to recognize. Then, you can manually type the field value in the new row. |
Deletes any extra rows that you do not want to capture. |
Helps you define line items that were not captured. |
INVOICES can sometimes capture line items automatically. However, if invoices from a particular supplier have repeated interpretation problems, optimize the table to improve interpretation. Complex line items must also be optimized.
If you try to approve a line item value on an invoice that does not match the format specification, a warning is displayed, prompting you to either confirm or change the value. You can confirm a value that does not match the format specification.
When you click a field on an invoice image, focus moves to the box containing the field value. If you want to change this behavior, deselect on the menu.
