Use the export list function
You can generate a CSV or Excel file containing all the documents listed in the Document overview of a particular Worklist category. To refine the selection and export specific documents, use the search function and define your criteria, or select the necessary documents directly in the list. If no criteria are specified, the entire Document overview list will be exported.
In the Document overview list, select the way to create the file.

To create a CSV or Excel file that you can immediately download, click the Export list button, then in the Select export type dialog box select the file type and click OK. The maximum number of records in the list is 5000.

To receive an email with the generated CSV file, click the Export list by email button.
