This tab is available when configuring the Register Documents activity in the Process Designer. Use this tab to configure headers.
Click to create a header. Click one of the headers in the table in order to configure it in the right part of the tab.
The settings are spread over two sub-tabs ( and ), which are described below.
The basic properties of the header are configured here:
Type a name for the header. Use this name to refer to this header when configuring the print command. | |
Click to design the layout of the header. | |
Select an existing layout. | |
| Select this option if the Windows default printer is to be used always, even if a different printer was configured in the layout. |
A header field is the part of the header that contains the separator data. This is typically a barcode.
Type the name of the header field. Use this name to refer to this header field when designing the layout. | |
Select this option if a configured barcode is to be used as the value of this header field. | |
Select the barcode. | |
Select a document type and field name. The value of that field will be used for the header field. |
Register Documents activity: Configure barcodes
