The Structure Template Settings dialog

ClosedTo access this dialog:

  1. Using the XBOUND Management Center, open a console containing the Process Designer.

  2. Select Tools > Collectors > XBOUND Collector for IMAP.

  3. Click +. Or click in the Edit column of an existing source. The XBOUND Collector for IMAP dialog is displayed.

  4. Under Document structure, select Document per email or Document per attachment.

  5. Click Edit settings.

After selecting one of the default structures (Document per email or Document per attachment), you can click Edit settings and then use the below settings to specify in more detail how you want the Collector for IMAP to generate document names and assign document types.

Max. root document size 

Specify the maximum number of sub-documents per root document. This simplifies processing downstream. It also serves to optimize the processing speed when large quantities of email are processed in a single import operation.

 

Root document type

Here you can select a document type to be assigned to the root documents, sub-documents and media.

Sub-document type

Medium type

Root document name

Click to configure names for the root documents, sub-documents, and media. The Function Configuration dialog is displayed.
