Registering documents in XBOUND

Use this procedure to register documents:

  1. Using XBOUND Registration, under Navigation, click the desired process. On the right side, the registration template is displayed.

  2. Select the tab of the document type for which you want to register documents.

  3. Specify the required information for the document. (Which fields are to be filled in, and how, is determined by how the Register Documents process step was configured.)

  4. Click Save to store the document in XBOUND and print the header on a connected printer.

  5. In the Multiple Registration dialog, select the number of documents to register.

  6. If Use release button is selected in the parameter set (on the Extras tab), you have the option to explicitly release the document after saving. Click Release to release the document for further processing.
