If your XBOUND system is , use the below procedure when performing that work.
Preparing documents for processing in XBOUND might include:
Removing documents from envelopes.
Removing staples or paper clips.
Dividing documents into stacks.
Applying barcode stickers or inserting batch headers.
Note: The configuration of the Prepare documents process step controls some of the behavior and functionality. Additional options (press to access them) are also selectable from the application.
Start the XBOUND Preparation application by selecting menu > > > .
When XBOUND Preparation is displayed, click .
If prompted to do so, enter an employee ID or use a hand-held barcode scanner to scan your employee badge. (If no employee ID is entered, the local user is registered by default.)
If prompted to do so, enter a batch ID or use a barcode scanner to scan a batch header or sticker.
If prompted to do so, select a client, process, and process step in the boxes.
Alternatively, key in that information using the delimiter specified in the dialog.
For example, if the delimiter is a slash (/), then the process step would be specified by typing ClientName/ProcessName/ProcessStepName.
If you make a mistake, you can click and re-enter the information.
After you provide the requested information, click .
If you step away from your workstation, click to prevent down time from being registered. Click again when you return.
When your tasks are finished, click .
