Get the name of the changed field, annotation, or attachment.
For change types FieldAdded, FieldRemoved,
FieldModified, AnnotationAdded, AnnotationRemoved,
AnnotationModified, AttachmentAdded,
AttachmentRemoved, and AttachmentModified, the name of
the changed field, annotation, or attachment can be retrieved by
calling this function.
