Issue with handling notifications in the background

1768676, 1764872, 1731187: When the SignDoc Assistant app was closed or in the background, incoming notifications were not added to the list.

Same email address for multiple signers/reviewers caused issue

1761917: When the same email address was used for multiple signers or reviewers in the same signing package, only the last one was processed by the application.
