Support for OpenSSL 3.1.5

SignDoc SDK uses OpenSSL version 3.1.5.

Unlock all fields locked by signatures

The new flag SignDocDocument::f_unlock_fields instructs the methods clearAllSignatures(), clearApprovalSignatures(), clearSignature() and removeDocMDP() to attempt to unlock all fields locked by signatures. If this flag is not set, the functions mentioned do not change any fields other than the selected signature fields.
