Shortcut keys
The following table lists the shortcut keys that can be used in Verification.
In addition to the customizable shortcuts, there are also shortcut keys that can be used within the Document Viewer if commenting with sticky notes is enabled.
Shortcut keys for Verification

| Ctrl + O | Opens a batch |
| Ctrl + L | Closes a batch |
| Ctrl + S | Suspends a batch |
| F4 | Sets a field to not verified |
| Tab | Navigates to the next field (the next field is selected according to the field order that is defined by your solution integrator) |
| Shift + Tab | Navigates to the previous field |
| Enter | Verifies the current field and shows the next field that requires verification |
| Ctrl + N | Navigates to the next not verified field |
| Ctrl + P | Navigates to the next document |
| Ctrl + Shift + P | Navigates to the previous document |
| Ctrl + F | Navigates to the first document |
| Ctrl + Shift + F | Navigates to the last document |
| Ctrl + G | Navigates to a defined document |
| Ctrl + R | Rejects a document |
| Ctrl + Shift + B | Navigates to the previous page |
