Open Batch window
The following window is displayed when:

Batches are ready for Verification when the module is started, and the Open next batch automatically setting is not selected.

Batches are ready for Verification when you close a batch, and the Open next batch automatically setting is not selected.

The window is opened from the main menu or toolbar
It provides a list of batches that are ready for Verification, one of which can be selected for processing.
Some columns on this window may be disabled by your Administrator.
A list of available batches that are ready to be processed with Verification is displayed. To sort the list by column, click the corresponding column's label.
- Name

The name of the batch.
- Batch Class
-
The batch class name for the batch.
- Status
-
The current Tungsten Capture batch status. For further details, see Tungsten Capture Help.
- Date & Time
-
The date and time when the batch was created.
- Priority
-
The priority level for processing the batch from 1 to 10, with 1 as the highest priority. For further details, see Tungsten Capture Help.
- Queue
-
The module for processing the batch next.
- ! (error flag)

If displayed marks the batch for containing an error.
- Station ID
-
The station ID for the workstation where the batch was created. For further details, see Tungsten Capture Help.
- External Batch ID
-
The Tungsten Capture batch ID that is used to reference the batch outside the database.
- Scan Station ID
- The ID of the station where a batch is scanned and created.
- Scan User
- The user name of the user who scanned and created the batch.
- Batch Field Value

Mapped batch field. For further details, see Tungsten Capture Help.
- Document count
-
The number of documents in the batch.
- Page count
-
The number of pages in the batch.
The following setting is available only if filter criteria are defined.
- Enable filtering

Select this setting if you want to restrict the number and types of batches that are displayed in this window according to the defined filter criteria.
In addition to the Common Verification Buttons, the following buttons are provided at the bottom of the window:.
- Refresh

Updates the list of batches that are waiting for Verification.
