Report pane

This pane displays the statistical report that corresponds to the selection within the navigation pane.

The upper area of the pane allows selecting report conditions, for example, the time period for which the statistical data is displayed. Which report conditions are available depend on the selected report.

The area below the report conditions is provided by Crystal Reports® and contains a toolbar, an area showing the report, and a status bar. The toolbar provides a button to show and hide the group tree that is displayed on the right of the report when selected. The status bar (at the bottom) shows the current report page number, the total number of pages, and the currently selected zoom factor.

The following toolbar settings are available when creating a report:

Toolbar Buttons Description
Export Report

Saves the report as a Crystal Report (*.rpt) file. A window is displayed to select the directory to which the file is saved and to insert the file name.

Print Report

Prints the report. Select a printer from the list of available printers and change the settings if necessary.

Refresh

Refreshes the displayed report according to the settings.

Toggle Group Tree

At the left of the report an additional pane is displayed showing the values the report can be grouped by. Which values are displayed in this tree view depend on the selected report type. For details see the description of the reports. Those fields are marked with "(grouped in report). "

Go to First Page

Navigates to the first page of the report.

Go to Previous Page

Navigates to the previous page of the report.

Go to Next Page

Navigates to the next page of the report.

Go to Last Page

Navigates to the last page of the report.

Go to Page

Opens a window used to specify the page number that is displayed when you click OK.

Close Current View

Closes a displayed view.

Find Text

Opens a window used to specify text that is searched for in the report. The first line that contains the text is highlighted in the report with a red square. Click Find Next to highlight the next occurrence of the text. Click Close to exit the window.

Zoom

Click the arrow and select a value from the list to zoom in or out.

Statistics Viewer will be deprecated and no longer available in a future version of Tungsten Transformation Toolkit.
