The SharePoint connector supports the selection of pre-configured sensitivity labels when uploading documents to SharePoint Online. Sensitivity labels help users to classify and protect sensitive content when collaborating on documents. This feature requires Kofax Token Vault 3.6.0.

Kofax eCopy ShareScan enables the use of Highlight and Redact service with Bates service, and with other document services together, regardless of their execution order configured.

Kofax eCopy ShareScan offers a new processing order configuration option in the Folder and Email watchers, enabling processing files also in FIFO (First in, First Out) order besides the legacy (Parallel) processing order.

Kofax eCopy ShareScan supports configuring and using Microsoft 365 and Google's Gmail SMTP server with modern authentication in the Notification service. This token-based authentication in the Notification service requires Kofax Token Vault 3.6.0.

From this version, Kofax eCopy ShareScan no longer supports Lotus Notes Mail and Fax connectors. If you want to use Domino server to send emails and faxes from ShareScan, you should configure SMTP via LDAP or Fax via SMTP connectors with Domino server.
