This topic lists issues that you may encounter while using Kofax eFlow 6.1.0. Applicable workaround is provided.

On the Organize tab of the eFlow Web Front Office page, when you edit a collection by inserting or deleting a page, and then attempted to save the change, the eFlow Web Front Office page becomes unresponsive.

Workaround:

  1. In Microsoft SQL Management Studio, find the collection that you have edited and set its status to 1 from 2, and then refresh the eFlow Web Front Office page.
  2. If the page is still unresponsive, log out and log in again.

After applying Kofax eFlow Fix 6.0.2.127, when documents are scanned with dual stream mode, the scan output takes a longer time than without the fix.

When installing eFlow OCRs in custom mode, the ScanSoft OCR is automatically installed even when it is not selected. Additionally, it is not removed after uninstallation of the eFlow OCRs.
