Image

Use the Image component to display images such as a logo within your dashboard. You can either load them from a file or from an external URL over the Internet. Similar to the text component, you can also load images dynamically.

You can also make your image an actionable component.

From the Components toolbar, select the Image icon and drag it to the dashboard.

The wizard window appears.
On the Data tab, select the source for the image:
- From file: Click the ellipsis icon to select a file from your local drive.
- From URL: Enter the URL for the image. You can provide either an external (absolute) or internal (relative).
- From record: Select the record and the field from the record to display. Select the Load from server check box to load the image from the server. If it is not selected, the image is loaded from the record field.
On the Action tab, set the group that the image listens to under Incoming Actions. Select an action to assign to the image under the Click Action tab.
Click OK.
