Common keyboard shortcuts

This table lists common keyboard shortcuts that can help you perform many routine tasks much quicker than navigating menus with a mouse.

Keyboard shortcuts that involve pressing two keys are indicated with a "+". For example, Ctrl + D means "hold down Ctrl and press D."

Print the image (Verify).

Zoom in the Verifying dialog (Verify).

Ctrl + -

Zoom out the Verifying dialog (Verify).

Resize the document image to fit the window (Verify and Optimize).

Zoom in the lower left corner of the document image (Verify and Optimize).

Scroll image down (Verify and Optimize).

Optimize shortcuts

Ctrl + A

Approve the document definition.

Ctrl + D

Delete highlighted frame during learning.

Ctrl + K

Skip the document definition (without approving it).

Ctrl + L

Set the page as the last page.

Ctrl + Z

Display the Optimize session dialog.

Ctrl + 0

Reset the display (zoom out). Note: You must use the 0 (zero) on the number keypad.

Alt + ê 

Move to the next field.

Alt + é 

Move to the previous field.

Ctrl + Home

Go to the default zoom view (see below).

Ctrl + Shift + Home

Save the current document zoom setting as the default.
