The Field for Rule Expression dialog

ClosedTo access this dialog:

  1. Open the Edit Process Rule dialog.

  2. On the Process Rule tab, click the New expression or New sub-expression button.

  3. In the Operand column, select Field status or Field value.

In a branched process, use this dialog when specifying which documents to route to a process step:

Document type name

The name of the document type that contains the field.

Field name

The field to be used in the condition.
