Process Designer plug-in

This plug-in is used to:

• initialize the database (described in XBOUND Installation Guide)

• add activities

• add a collector

• create a client

• create processes, add process steps to a process, configure process steps, specify the process flow, and activate a process

• copy processes between clients

• export and import a client

• export and import a process

• add design comments

• export details of your XBOUND system to a Word file

When creating processes, you can also:

• apply process rules to sub-documents

• branch the process flow, and then specify which documents to route to a process step

• synchronize several tasks

• control document flow

• create document types

• create field definitions and create table definitions for document types

• delay document processing

• process documents and media that meet specified criteria

• save a process diagram to PDF

The user interface of the Process Designer is divided into menu commands, a process navigation area, and a process area.

The file name of this plug-in (in case you need to add it to the XBOUND Management Center, for example) is xboundPlugInProcessDesigner.dll.
