Submit an Exception document
The default behavior during the Exception activity when you Submit a document is to route it to the Resolution Complete processing step.
You can submit an Exception by following these steps.
- Open a document in the Exception activity.

After successfully resolving all issues with the document, click
Submit.
The Resolution Complete window is displayed.
- Enter the details of the resolution into the Comments field.

Click
OK and Submit.
The comments are applied and available in the History tab for future processing, the document is closed, and you are returned to the Work Queue.
