Log in to Communication Manager Designer and Communications Manager Designer for Windows

Log in to Communication Manager Designer and Communications Manager Designer for Windows using the credentials provided to you by the administrator.

When the LDAP mode is enabled, you log in to Communication Manager Designer using your LDAP credentials. To log in to Communications Manager Designer for Windows, you need to generate a token as shown here:

1. Log in to Communication Manager Designer using your LDAP credentials.

2. On the dashboard, in the upper right corner, click the user icon and click Generate logon token.

   When the token is generated, you receive a notification.

3. Copy the token and click OK to close the dialog.

   • The token is only valid for five minutes, and you can use it only once to log in. If the token expires before you log in, you can generate a new one.

   • Only the last generated token is valid for a particular session.

4. Start Communications Manager Designer for Windows.

5. In the login dialog, select Logon using One Time Token, paste the token, and then click Login.
