Solution Documents

After creating a new solution, the Solution Documents page is displayed automatically. The following settings are available:

Solution name

Enter a unique and descriptive name for your Quick Capture solution.

Separation profile

Select a separation profile from the list of profiles that preset by an Administrator.

What is the language of your documents?

Select which language your documents are in so that they are recognized by the system with the best settings for that language.

Allow capture using MFD only

Set this value to Yes if your documents are input using an multi-function device. (Default: No)

Document types

Use this area to add and maintain document types.

When adding multiple document types, ensure that you set one of the document types as the Default document type. The default document type is used when the system is unable to identify a document.
