Create a process that uses a dynamics entity

  1. Create the string process variable CRM_Entity.
  2. Select Process Initialization and enter the entity name.

    This allows the process to accept the Dynamics entity details.

  3. To enable users to access the Dynamics entity when they take an activity, add the CRM_Entity process variable as an input or output variable for each activity. For more information, see Configure input and output variables for an activity.
  4. Create a job. For more information, see Start a job manually .
