Search for a job
The Search option enables you to search for jobs. The search can be based on either one or a combination of search criteria. You can search for jobs based on Job Priority, Due Date and Extended Work Queue fields, as well as the usual search criteria.
You can clear the filter criteria applied to search for a job.

Click
Jobs.
The Jobs list opens.

Click
Show Filter.
The Jobs Filter page appears.

Search for the required job selecting one of the options.

Job ID:

Enter the job identifier in the Job ID box.
Note Job ID is the GUID (Global Unique Identifier), which is unique for every job. -
Click Search. The Job page appears.

Click Search. The Resource Selection page appears.

Select the required resource and click OK. A list of all live and completed jobs, regardless of when they were created appears. See Select a resource for more information.

Creation Date: Click Date and select one of the options.

All: All live and completed jobs, regardless of when they were created appear.

From: Select the date and time using calendar and clock. All jobs created after the specified date appear.

Between: Select the date and time using the calendar and clock. All jobs created between the specified dates appear.

Completion Date: Click Date and select one of the options.

All: All live and completed jobs, regardless of when they were completed appear.

Since: Select the date and time using calendar and clock. All jobs completed since the specified date appear.

Between: Select the date and time using the calendar and clock. All jobs completed between the specified dates appear.

Due Date: Click Date and select one of the options.

All: All live and completed jobs, regardless of their due date appear.

On or Before: Select the date and time using calendar and clock. All jobs due on or before the specified date appear.

Between: Select the date and time using the calendar and clock. All jobs due between the specified date appear.

Search using additional fields by entering or selecting the values.

Search using the metadata search criteria by entering or selecting the values.
Note To clear the search filter select Reset.

Click
Search. The
Job List page appears with the list of jobs
based on the search criteria.
Note The work type associated with a case process is inherited by a case fragment process. When you perform a search based on the work type using metadata, a list of processes displaying both the case and case fragment processes under search results, appears.
