Rearrange Locator Order in a Class
The locator order is important because a locator that relies on other locators for input needs be located below them in the Project Tree hierarchy. If a locator is not in the correct location, you can move it and your other locators so they are arranged as required by following these steps:
- Expand the Project Tree and select the class where the locator is defined.
-
Optionally,
view the class contents if they are not
already displayed.
The hidden class contents are displayed.
- Select the locator you want to move.
- On the Design tab, in the Edit group, click Move Up or Move Down to move the locator to the correct location in the hierarchy.
