Manage security roles

Once you create security tokens and associate them with form controls, define access permissions to the tokens.

First define a security role and then associate tokens and users with the role.

  1. On the Administration menu, click Security Roles.

    The Security Roles page appears.

  2. Click Create Create.

    The Security Role - Create page appears.

  3. Select a category, and enter a name and description for the security role.
  4. Associate tokens with the security role:
    1. Click the Tokens tab.
    2. Click CreateAdd.

      The Security Tokens dialog box appears.

    3. Select the security tokens to associate with the role.
  5. Associate users with a security role:
    1. Click the Resources tab.
    2. Select users or groups.
  6. Click Save.

    The new security role is saved with tokens and associated users or groups.
