Upgrade database
Use this procedure to upgrade the database if you cannot connect to the database after installing a new version of ReadSoft Collector.
- Enter database server address in the
Database server box.
Alternatively, you can select the required database server from the drop-down list.
- Enter database name in the Database name box.
- Select
Use Windows authentication \ integrated
security to enable Windows Authentication. Once Windows
authentication is enabled, you can use your Windows password to connect to the
database server.
Go to step 4 if you do not select this option.
- Enter the User name and Password to connect to the database.
- Click Test connection to check the database connection.
- Click Upgrade database.
