Cropping a field or cell

Use this procedure to crop the content of a field or cell during Verification:

1. Select and open documents for editing.

2. Using Verification, in the Documents pane, select the appropriate document.

3. In the Form pane, place your cursor in the field or cell. Any information after the cursor will be deleted. (Example.)

   If the word Technology is in a cell and you place the cursor after the h, then the word is cropped to read Tech.

4. Select Edit > Crop field or cell content.

When you are done working in Verification, save the root document.
