Note: FixForm processing is enabled per input field ( control) in the Validation Designer.
The validation determines the next field to be corrected. (Validation is configured using business rules.)
The first suggestion or rejected value is selected in the field.
After you correct the value, the next suggestion or rejected value is displayed.
If there are no other suggestions or rejected values, but the field is still invalid, then the cursor is set to the first character. (This character is not selected, however.)
When you are done processing a value, its status is changed to OK. Processing is complete when the value is no longer surrounded by a red border.
In the work area for forms ( > ) you can select whether each invalid character is navigated to ( ) or only invalid fields ( ).
Field characters are displayed in the detailed image viewer, and their background color indicates their status:
Red: The character is rejected.
Yellow: The character is a suggestion.
Green: The character is OK.
Rejected characters are represented by red question marks and suggestions as red characters.
When you are done working in Verification, save the root document.
