If batches seem to be missing – for example when you are trying to delete processed batches, delete transferred batches, or display information about batches – the reason may be that Release forms from batches after interpretation or Release sets from batches after interpretation was selected in the Batch definition dialog.
In that case, the forms or sets are still in the database, but they are no longer associated with batches. Handle them as if they had not been scanned in batches:
Deleting processed forms from the database or Deleting processed sets from the database
Deleting transferred forms from the database or Deleting transferred sets from the database
Getting information about processed forms or Getting information about processed sets
Another reason a batch may seem to be missing is if Scan crashed while the batch was being scanned.
