Transfer job description settings

Use the Transfer tab of the Job description dialog to configure Transfer job descriptions. To access it:

  1. Open an existing job description or create a new one.

  2. Click the Transfer tab.

These settings are available:

Transfer method

Specifies how to transfer data from processed forms with Complete status to the target system.

File

The file to transfer data to. Only available if To file is selected as the transfer method.

Options

Opens the Transfer job options dialog.

Time range

Opens a dialog where you can choose to process forms that were scanned during a specific period of time.

Sorting

Opens a dialog where you can specify the order in which forms are transferred.

Archive

Opens a dialog where you can specify an archive transaction description and transfer file. (Instructions.)

Queues

Opens a dialog where you can select queues.

Default

Resets the Transfer part of the job description to default settings.
