profile, use
VariableDecimalPosition in eiglobalextra.ini.

Description
By default, ReadSoft Invoices is able to automatically determine the position and number of decimal places in amounts.
Valid values
- 0 (off ) - When specified, ReadSoft Invoices assumes that amounts on invoices only have two decimal places or less. For example, a number such as 1,123 would be interpreted as 1123.00.
- 1 (on – default) - When specified, amounts on invoices can have up to four decimal places. For example, a number such as 1,123 would be interpreted as 1.123.
