[Directory]

Specifies the "global path" to Eiglobal.ini, Eiglobalextra.ini, Ehcharset.ini, and other "globally" used files. If you use a database server, this path could be to a common directory on the server.

• Any valid path.

  Default setting: GlobalPath=C:\Users\Public\ReadSoft\INVOICES

• Value if missing: "" (an empty string)
• When using Windows services, specify UNC (Universal Naming Convention) paths, like this:

  [Directory]
 GlobalPath=\\computer-name\shared-folder-name

With some of the newer operating systems you cannot use the computer's IP address but only the host name.
