System info
To view system information and license validity, use the "System info" dialog box.
To access the dialog box, go to any ReadSoft Invoices module and click "Help" on the main menu. Select "About ReadSoft Invoices" and click "System info".
The following table lists all the information in the dialog box.

| Version |
The version number of the installed ReadSoft Invoices software, such as 2025.1. |
| Build no. | The build number of the installed ReadSoft Invoices software. |
| Valid until / Capacity |
Valid Until: The date the licence is valid until. Interpret automatically generates a license status report every 30, 15, and 7 days before the license expires, informing you when action is required to renew the license. Capacity: Indicates the total number of invoices that can be processed, followed by the number of invoices already used (in square brackets). The remaining capacity in percentage format (in square brackets), and the type of license used, such as "TLS/T" or "TLS/P" in round brackets, where "TLS" denotes "Tungsten License Server", "T" denotes a "term" license, and "P" denotes a "perpetual" license. Interpret automatically generates a license status report when 70%, 80%, 90%, and 95% of the license capacity is reached, informing you when action is required to renew the license. Example: Term license: 15-Oct-2024 / 1000 [122] [98.78 % remaining capacity] -- (TLS/T). Perpetual license: 1000 [122] [98.78 % remaining capacity] -- (TLS/P). The "Valid until" date is only applicable for term licenses (TLS/T), and not for perpetual or volume-based licenses (TLS/P). |
| Database | The name of the database for the system followed by the name and type of the server where it is found. |
| License version | The version of the Tungsten License Server, such as 6.6.1.0.0.1398. |

| Scanner card | Kind of scanner card the scanner is connected to the computer with. |

| Operating system | The operating system installed on the computer. |
| Processor | The type of processor installed on the computer. |

| Free disk space | The free disk space available on the computer. |
| Screen resolution | The current screen resolution. |
