If data is missing from the Sheet Page Image per Process Step Report, please ensure the that following preparatory steps were completed:
In the dialog, and must be selected – see Collecting statistical data.
In the dialog, must be selected – see Creating or editing a document type.
The data is saved in the W_DocHistory table of the Statistics database. (There is no need to configure the Agent for Reporting, because W_DocHistory is populated automatically.)
