The XBOUND Preparation Options dialog

To access this dialog: Using XBOUND Preparation, press F12.

Here you can adjust options for preparing documents for processing. Restart XBOUND Preparation after changing these options.

Note: Other settings are selected in the Prepare Documents parameter set.

Single-user mode (no user code needed)

If this option is selected, the user needs only to enter the document name or scan a batch header. The Windows user name is saved in the root document.

Otherwise, the user must also enter or scan a user ID.

User selects process steps

If this option is selected, the user must specify a process step. This can be done by selecting a client, process, and process step from a list.

Alternatively, the process step can be specified by typing the client, process, and process step names using the delimiter (specified below).

For example, if the delimiter is a slash (/), then the process step would be specified by typing ClientName/ProcessName/ProcessStepName.

Delimiter for specifying process steps (1 character)

The delimiter to be used when specifying the process steps by typing them in (see above).
