Adding and configuring a counter

Counters can be configured as below and then added as text to images during processing or used to configure the names of documents in the Collector for IMAP, for example.

To add a counter

1. Using the XBOUND Management Center, open a console containing the Process Designer.

2. Select Tools > Manage Counter. The Manage Counter dialog is displayed.

3. Under Scope, select where you want the counter to be available. (Counters can be added at the global, client, or process level.)

4. Click +. The Add Counter dialog is displayed.

5. Type a name for the counter.

6. Optional: Adjust the number to start counting at.
