DocAI solution

When you select DocAI from the App Types list, all the DocAI using "Scan create new job" forms are displayed in Workspace under the Apps menu. You can scan your DocAI solutions from this menu and change scan settings, import files, reclassify documents, and more.

The DocAI solutions that are displayed here use "Scan create new job" forms and not the Device create new job forms.

  1. On the header bar of your Workspace, click the Apps menu.

    The App List page appears.

  2. On the App Type list, select DocAI.

    All published DocAI solutions using "Scan create new job" forms are displayed as cards. By default, DocAI name, description, and image are included.

  3. Click on the application card that you want to scan. Alternatively, you can search the solution by entering the name of the application in the Name field and clicking Search, and click to open the Scan create new job form.

    The associated Scan create new job form for the DocAI solution is displayed.

    When you upgrade Tungsten TotalAgility, the Workspace package is imported to get the new form and DocAI solutions.

  4. In the toolbar of the "Scan create new job" form, you can view or change scan settings, import files, reclassify documents, and more.
